Our website also features product information for applications sold on the App Store. - IP address, user agent, OS/device information, language settings, access timestamps, operation/error logs (for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and quality improvement)
- App diagnostic information (crash/error data, when collected, is limited to what is sent based on user actions or device settings)
3.4 Inquiries and Support
- Inquiry details (product name, name, email address, subject, message body), correspondence history, and any attachments voluntarily submitted
