Products bought directly from this site are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee — refunded for any reason, whether or not anything is wrong with the Product. Reach us via the Contact page. Purchases made on the App Store are refunded by Apple; we cannot issue those. Please contact Apple Support. For purchases made on this site from outside Japan, Sold through Link, LLC is the seller of record and Link Support handles requests first. Link's conditions are not the same as our guarantee, but if Link declines your request, we will still refund you within 14 days of purchase. There is no cost to you for a refund. Nothing has to be returned, and we charge no refund fee. A full refund revokes the associated licence; a partial refund leaves it active.
