Payment
What payment methods are supported?
We accept credit and debit cards. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Is this a subscription?
No. All products are one-time purchases. There are no monthly fees or recurring charges.
What currencies are supported?
We support Japanese Yen (JPY) and US Dollars (USD). The currency is automatically selected based on your language setting.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. After purchase, you can view, print, or save your invoice as a PDF anytime from the My Licenses page. The purchase confirmation email does not include a receipt attachment, but contains your license key and order summary.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available after purchase. However, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if there is a legitimate reason, such as the product not functioning properly in your environment. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details. To request a refund, please contact us through the Contact page.
Are there any sales or coupons?
We occasionally run limited-time sales. We also support coupon codes that can be applied at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information is never stored on our servers.
Licensing
How will I receive my license key?
Your license key will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.
How many devices can I use it on?
The number of devices is set per product, typically around 2 devices.
How do I activate my license?
Enter your license key within the app to activate it.
How do I transfer my license to a new Mac?
Deactivate the old device from My Licenses, then activate on your new Mac.
What if I reinstall macOS?
Licenses are tied to your hardware ID, so re-activation is usually not required after reinstalling macOS.
How do I manage my license?
You can view and manage your license at any time from the My Licenses page.
Are updates free?
Updates within the same major version are free.
What happens to my license if I get a refund?
A full refund will revoke your license. A partial refund will keep your license active.
